In order to help us address issues in a more timely fashion, please only submit ONE email OR voicemail per issue that you are experiencing. Additional emails and/or calls about an existing ticket that has already been submitted will result in longer response times! If you wish to provide an update on your issue, please reply by email to notifications that you have received from the existing ticket(s). Please also note that Corporate Helpdesk is not accepting live calls at this time.

The Help Desk is a small team supporting over 6,000 Devereux colleagues across the nation. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we aim to help everyone as timely as possible. If you need urgent support, please reach out to your center's local IT staff. If they are unable to immediately assist you, they can help coordinate urgent contact with a Corporate Help Desk agent.
