COVID-19 UPDATE:The Devereux Corporate Help Desk is currently experiencing an extremely high volume of requests and response times may be longer than usual. In order to help us address requests timely, please only submit one email or voicemail per issue. Each new email or voicemail will create a new request and new ticket number, which may significantly slow down our response to incoming requests. To get an update on your issue or to contact the agent working your ticket, please only respond to the ticket notifications that you will receive by email.The Help Desk is a small team supporting over 8,000 Devereux colleagues across the nation.
